    Re: Missing Chris Botti

Well... I have been trying to make a point at my church. This was not a rehearsal for orchestra. This was CHOIR rehearsals. I have tried to make a point to other members that rehearsal is important in order to perform correctly, and I never miss unless I physically cannot come. It is my hope that other member will emulate my example.... after all the music IS written down.... the lyrics and the notes are right there in front of you.... I could miss a rehearsal and the director would still be glad to see me suit up.

I will see Chris Botti some time. After all, I saw Maynard twice, and turned down tickets because of other obligations at least two times.

Had I had more than 24 hours notice, I might have made some kind of arrangement. .....But thanks for the offer, Flugelgirl. Always a pleasure to hear from you
