I asked for the pix, now if you continue to worry about such, make an appointment to see a psychiatrist, as several of us concur that nothing seems wrong with your mouthpiece placement from the musical aspect. Whoever wrote it was wrong to play in the "red" needs to re-consider. Some may have to, just as you do. I'll still suggest, but such isn't mandatory, to raise your music stand and if it blocks your bell, play to the side of it. I probably lower my trumpet /cornet 20 to 30 degrees when playing from an orchestra stand, but rather than change the lipping I just tilt my head back to play level.
I like playing my instrument!
Trumpets are great.
