Need to play higher, should I gain weight?

Maynard, Arturo, Al Hirt, Bobby Shew.
Enough said as to why I wonder.
Any suggestions?

Yeah, forget about gaining weight. Go for a jog and do some sit ups.

jogging

I really want to start jogging, but I don't have much free time to do so. Maybe I'm just being lazy. Is there a way to inspire myself to start working out. I want to but I just can't get into it.

I have just recently started to do 100 crunches and 30 push ups(trying to move up) before bed. For some reason it helps my sleeping even though everyone says it does not. It is really not that bad. Just do it while watching tv or listening to music. It takes your mind off of the physical turmoil and you think about tv.

Hope this helps,
AndrewWK

It's just like practicing... No one can TRULY inspire you to start practicing. (Granted, listening to someone great or who you admire might get you STARTED, but it's up to you to keep that discipline a constant in your life.)

Sometimes I have a hard time getting started both practicing and working out (or "PT" in the Army). A lot of times, I don't think about having to get started or the actual work involved during; I think about the feeling afterwards--which is always a good one. I also find that in the middle of a practice session or a run, I begin to ENJOY what I'm doing, and find it incredibly hard to STOP!!!!! But again, the hardest part is to just GET STARTED!

Hope that helps.

Hi
What a weird question:
"Need to play higher, should I gain weight?"

I reckon practice and/or lessons would be a better course of action.
yours
