Summer is here (well, maybe not... but winter is gone) so I can now resume practice in my (unheated) garage. Imagine a space measuring 30' X 25' with a 10' ceiling all done in drywall (plasterboard). A mess of woodworking tools along one wall and a rack of "storage" shelves made from 2X4 on the other. Concrete floor and enough clear space to park a car and a half in what's left.

Lovely "resonance" to the sound when it starts bouncing off the far wall or between the ceiling and floor.... you don't even half try to get a "ring" in the sound! (Good for learning to play QUIETLY!)
