This is a temporary quote untill i find a good one.
Ok, stchasking, how about this?
A on the staff is 440 Hz
C above that A is 523.25 Hz
High C is 1046.5 Hz
Double high C is 2093 Hz
Tripple high C is 4186 Hz
Quadruple high C is 8372 Hz
Quintuple high C is 16744 Hz
Every halfnote is 1.05946309435930 times the one below regarding frequency.
I can´t see the picture you posted quite clearly, I´m affraid.
Maybe I´ve misunderstood everything completely?
Sofus' frequencies aren't "wrong" they are just rounded in his first post. Here is nice little chart for those of you worried about more than just "C"s... LOL!

"Education is what remains after one has forgotten everything he learned in school." ~A. Einstein
Check out my boy Mark Ingraham...
OK, so last night I could repeatedly hit a 698.46Hz, but since the wavelength is only 49.4 cm, why did my music keep falling off of the stand?
1927 Conn 22B New York Symphony
"In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort."
It was ducking for cover!!
Bb: Courtois 305 "Elite", Holton Al Hirt Special (~1966), Benge 3x with Upturned bell (1973)
C: Bach C180-239 (Akwright conversion),
Cornet: Conn Wonder (1900)
Picc: Selmer Paris, ~1971
bilboinsa, did you play notes longer than 1 second?
In that case you produced sound waves longer than just 49.4 cm!
This could explain why they keep falling off . . .
I´ve also noticed that you´ve used a value of sound speed in air equal to 345.0392 m/s.
A more appropriate value might have been 343 m/s . . .
a trumpet double C is actually a Bb = 1975.53 Hz well tempered. But what is a couple of hertz between friends?
An easy to read chart is here: Frequencies of Musical Notes
