Rumors

Dear Manny,

There is a rumor going around all the way down here in Texas that you are retiring from the Minnesota Orchestra. Is there any truth to the matter or can we look forward to hearing your amazing playing with them for years to come?

Thanks,
LJJ

Calliope,

Yes, those rumors are well-founded as I have been thinking about retiring. I figure twenty years, give or take, from now would be just about right.

Start practicing.

I'll be 39 then. I've got to be quite good by then, right?

Maybe in 20 years, they'll actually be playing baseball instead of domeball in the Twin Cities. Too bad about Santana losing yesterday... he's bound to drop one once in a while.
