Sax players do more than trumpet players !

Hello everyone !

No, I'm not trying to start a Sax VS Trumpet feud !

BUT !!!!!!!!!!!!

It's clear to me that sax players contribute to a fellow site
far more than trumpet players do to this one !

What's up !!!!

As someone who plays both the sax and trumpet, I
feel a little bad for my brasswind brothers !!!!

Ante up !!!!!!!

Most everyone who visits this site can easily donate
a couple of bucks. A small thing for a wonderful site !
These sites need money today AND tomorrow. If you're
a little short today, remember to give a little tomorrow.

Don't let the reed guys out do ya !

As a fellow sax player who is also playing brass, I assume you mean SOTW by 'bigger sax site'

If you want a bigger tpt site, there is always Trumpet Herald.

I rather like the community atmosphere here

All I would like to see , is a few more donations to support TM !
Show your appreciation with a couple of bucks !

I am curious and quite ignorant but how do you know who gives what and how much? I haven't heard of an appeal for funds...........

Do you have shares????

Not to start a feud but some sax players certainly give more............I am always outdone when it comes to Coltrane wannabies.

Last I checked, the revenue for this site comes from advertising. In four years of being here I have never been asked nor has it been implied that the site owner is looking for contributions in order to keep the site running. Advertisers even have their own forum.

Is there something I/we don't know?

Wow !

Maybe it's just me, but I believe if you patronize a site like this, you give a couple of bucks to show some support and appreciation.

I suppose TM has tons of money and doesn't need anything !

Actually, what the site owner has asked of is to patronize the advertisers like Ultra Pure Oil, Dan Gosling's lip balm, and others. The membership has done a good job of that from what I understand.
