| New Friend | Shocked Well, I finally got my Martin Committee trumpet back that we had been talking about earlier. It was the same serial number, but was completely disassembled.I am just glad to get it back. The sheriff tells me that they have to go out there weekly because of complaints of people losing there instruments. Thanks to all for your support.---Gar |

By " completely disassembled", do you infer that all of the solder joints have been sweated apart? If this is so, a 'good' tech will have no problem in totally restoring your horn with zero tension. OLDLOU>>

| New Friend | Re: Shocked Hi, yes all the parts were there, but even my valves were taken apart down to the springs and sent to me in a bag. They sent me a final invoice the same price as the $700.00 depost. I guess the deposit should have aroused my suspicion. But I won't do that again and I'm glad to get my trumpet back again ---Gar |
