Manny Laureano has a spectacular aura about
Short trip

I'm off to see the yoga-teaching, vegetarian-eating, trumpet-building gentleman for a couple of days to investigate a horn he's VERY excited about. Whatever I can tell you about it I will when I get back. We'll make some more videos that we hope to have up on the site by December IF all goes well.

Play nice until then.

ML

Lamb, chicken and beef are all quite good in curries, of course!

I was in London a couple of years ago and found beef curries to be in short supply. You can get a nice beef vindaloo at almost any Indian restraunt over here, but there was none to be found over there. Not that I'm complaining, I ate better that week than I have at any other time in my life (I maxed out a credit card almost exclusively on Indian food... oops!)
