SmartMusic

The head of my school's music department just got an auto-accompaniment program called SmartMusic. I was wondering if anybody here has used this software a lot, and if they have any insights on how to best use it for practice. I'm primarily a jazz player, so any tips on how to use it for jazz would be particularly appreciated.

Thanks!

Re: SmartMusic

I actually use it alot. I do all of my recordings with it. (Rather, I get all my backround tracks for it) Heres a few recordings of it on my musicians myspace. It took me awhile to get the actual recordings right, sound quality wise, but I'm not completely satisfied with it.
