There is plenty of stuff out there for physiology, and the majority of folk who attend the ITG have addressed those issues in their own playing. The psychology of trumpet playing, however, might be more useful, though not related to any sort of a F.A.Q. format.

How frequent is spontaneous pneumothorax among trumpet players? Any population showing higher risk?
Aside of that, I think VB has a point. The psychology of performance is certainly a most interesting aspect.
