I wolud say Yes on cloudy days, and Never on a windy day.
Also if you take your MPC and face north while chanting Gregorian
music, you will find that the Easter Bunny and Fred Flinstone will agree as well. But don't let that stop you from buying that wading pool, it's necessary to convert all of that energy into a mixed bag of hubris.

Yes, but on a clear day you can see forever, but never on sunday when it's a foggy day in London town. Turn slowly and go step by step to the Susquehana Hat Co. and you'll find your answer blowing in the wind.

I agree fully ! Thanks for the advice in London town. By the way, will that be sufficient to cool the valves or do I need to visit the foggery shop next door ?
