I have just put together a video on how and why practising on the leadpipe has helped me. I know that it is not everyones cup of tea but I was a severe "overblower" and "pincher" for years and it has taken me a long time to LET GO of the excess tension. Exercises alone couldn't fix my problem but re-thinking and researching my whole approach really helped, then the leadpipe alone helped cement the new concepts.

I was taught for many years to lip buzz and although it gave me some strength at the start, it really restricted me later on. I hope you find it useful!!!
