Music is the healing force of the Universe! A. Ayler
I would like some proof of prehistoric strings. Besides the human voice, percussion was for sure earlier (dried out gourds, hollowed out trees, thumping on the defeated enemies head....) and before the bow or arrow (primitive harp) I am sure that prehistoric man heard wind blowing across reed tubing (early flutes).
We could perhaps discuss if prehistoric percussive methods of communication are music or not, but even then, I am sure that strings lose.
Whenever I feel blue, I start breathing again.
OK for the voice, but everyone forgets another.
