| Piano User | Trumpet Quintet Music Hello all, I need a serious piece to play for the National Trumpet Competition as a quintet, we were going to do Jan Bach's Fanfare and Fuge but we really feel that we can't give it justice in such a short time frame. I'd like to get to know what pieces are considered standard for the trumpet rep, and we'd also like some recommendations on something a bit more readeable, thanks in advance! PS: I should probably mention that the music selection cannot be from the requied music list for NTC found at this site http://www.nationaltrumpetcomp.org/2006_NTC_Rules.pdf, thanks!
