Wedding: Trumpet & Guitar

Hello Everyone,
I am playing a wedding this summer and it will be just trumpet and guitar. Does anyone have any suggestions for this combination that would be appropriate? The guitar player has a music degree, but I don't think in classical playing.
Also have you found any pieces that work for trumpet alone?
Thanks so much!
Paul

Re: Wedding: Trumpet & Guitar

A couple of tunes that go well with guitar would be "Longer", by Dan Fogelberg.... and actually, "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring".

Best of luck!
