Thumbs up Bernstein DVD set of Mahler Symphonies

I recently bought the above DVD set... it is really amazing. I've just seen the 3rd symphony and it is quite impressive. Just wanted to share this... Amazon.com: Mahler - The Symphonies plus Das Lied von der Erde Boxset / Leonard Bernstein, Wiener Philharmoniker, London Symphony Orchestra, Israel Philharmonic Orchestra: DVD: Christa Ludwig,Vienna Opera Philharmonica,Jose von Dam I will reccomend it to anyone who wants to have all Mahler Symphonies in his collection...
Recently I started a thread about the posthorn solo in the 3rd symphonies. This is another example of this solo played on a posthorn (as opposed to any other solution like usin a cornet or trumpet in C) and it sounds very nice. It sounds probably a bit far away, almost like an off stage, but still very beautiful.
