Ernest Bloch - Proclamation

I need some suggestions on recordings of this work. Also, please feel free to post any performance notes/suggestions that you may have from either performing the work or listening live/recording. I heard Phil Smith perform this live at ITG in 1997 (Goteburg). It was incredible! Thanks!
