  | HELP!! I am stuck. SO here is the deal, I have to play the Planel Concerto in a little more than a week. I ordered the Piano part more than 2 months ago and it has still not come in. I called the music store and they said it was on back order and would probably arrive in early May. I then called the publisher who said they could send it but it would take 3 weeks, (again early may). What do I do. I paid $55 plus shipping and still dont have it to play. If I have sombody send me a copy does that break copyright since I have already paid? What are your suggestions? JR

| Re: HELP!! I am stuck. Playing a public performance from a copy would, technically, violate copyright. However, I don't think anyone here would begrudge you doing what you have to do in this situation. I know I'd be trying to find a copy as well. Sorry I don't have a copy to help you out.
