help looking for pieces

morning!

my friend and I did a small recital last semester that was mainly baroque music (vivaldi, valentine snow, cpe bach). We are looking to do another on this fall semester but wanted to focus on some later pieces. Does anyone have some suggestions for trumpet duets, trios, or solos? thank you for your help.

Get Wyntonn's Classical CD, there is a ton of good stuff on it; and pick from there

Duets by Sachse or Amsden go over VERY well. My favorite trio is the fanfare for St. Edmundsbury:

There is a ton of baroque and rennaissance stuff out there.
I also use recorder trios for trumpet. they are normally scored for two sopranos and an alto. The alto recorder part should be played an octave lower.

I think Hakan Hardenbergers's recordings offer a lot of interesting diversity. It's just too bad that many of them are out of print.
