While not trumpet, Tuba concerto in B minor may be considered.
The composer states that he feels this may be the longest concerto ever written for a brass instrument and certainly for the tuba.

Yo, man. The concerto is FOR ORCHESTRA not for trumpet, or trumpets. There is some scary trumpet bits but that doesn't make the trumpets soloists.

I would vote for


I believe that its total duration was around 25 min.
