![]() | Looking for sheet music I have been looking online for sheetmusic for J.S. Bach BWV 650 "Kommst du nun, Jesu, vom Himmel herunter" I have a recording of this played on Organ with Piccolo Trumpet. I have only been able to find Organ parts for this. Can anyone tell me where to obtain an arrangement for Piccolo Trumpet and Organ?

![]() | Re: Looking for sheet music I'm not sure there is an arrangement of the piece. I listened to a quick clip of that (on Amazon, so it is just the first 58 secs.). What I heard sounded pretty much like Ludwig is just playing the chorale melody (with some added ornamentation). You should be able to pick out the chorale part from either an organ score, or from a choir arrangement if you track one of those down. (Ask a church music director for help.) That will give you the basic melody, and you can work out your own ornamentation (or imitate Ludwig's). If you really want to give your ears a workout, play along with the recording and figure it out by ear - it is great practice! Best, Sandy
