| Mark Gould As a Teacher and Semi-pro player now residing in the Worcster, Area. I had the opportunity to work with Mark Gould (first in 1980 while just entering college) and more recently in (1994) when he did a Trumpet workshop up in Burlington, Vermont with Byron Strippling, Scott Thornburg, and the co-principal from the Montreal Symphony... to cut to the chase... I had read that Mark had "retired?" from the N.Y. Metropolitan Opera? Is this correct? and is he working with a performance arts group called "Pink Monster Baby?" Just wanted to know..... Thanks! I love mark, he's a great player and an extremely open minded guy... who shared a lot with an up & coming player... regards to ALL ___ |
