Maurice Andre

Is it possible to contact Monsieur Andre directly. I have been trying to find the sheet music of some of his recorded works and I haven't had any success. If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Re: Maurice Andre

Many of the arrangements that he played is or was published by Gérard Billaudot, a french sheet music company. They were available as Edition Marie Claire Alain and Edition Maurice André. They are printed on MISERABLE paper (like many french publications). The paper falls apart after about 10 years!

I'm looking for two. One I have on an EMI Record Great Recordings of the Century Hummel, L. Mozart, Telemann, Vivaldi - M. Andre with H Von Karajan and the Berlin Phil particularly the Vivaldi Trumpet Concerto in A flat major (ed. Thilde).
The other is on another EMI disc Music for Trumpet by M. Andre with Jane Parker-Smith on organ and the London Philharmonic and the English Chamber Orchestra. The piece is Handel Gloria in excelsis Deo.
