| My new CD Hi everyone. I don't want to spam the board, but thought I'd mention that I have a new CD out that folks here might be interested in. It has a lot of great cornet repertoire on it. It's called "Cornet Fantasie" and is on the Summit label. Check the bottom of the page on the link below: http://www.hickmanmusiceditions.com/...5&selection=37 All but 3 pieces were recorded on cornet. For those curious about equipment, I used a B&S Challenger II cornet with a Curry 1VC mouthpiece. The two Brandt pieces were performed on Bb trumpet and the Enesco was done on C trumpet. Thanks in advance to everyone for checking it out! If anyone has questions, please feel free to PM me. Cheers, Joshua Whitehouse |

PM me if you want and I will email you an mp3, but it is about 8MB so it may not be practical. The CD is available through Amazon, but they don't have sound clips up yet on their site. - Josh | |

| Forte User | Josh-Congratulations! Looks like a great CD with lots of great rep on it. Spamming the board, in my eyes anyway, is when someone comes on here and posts about a hundred links to something like reduced cost medicines. You are sharing your cornet CD on a trumpet site...not spamming at all, IMHO. |
