New Mexico Symphony Orchestra?

I'm headed off to Alberquerque for a week later this month and thought about maybe hitting the Mozart gala going on there while I'm in town. Anyone ever been to the venue or heard the NMSO before?
Really, I'm just lookin for some cool stuff to do while in town.

I have several friends who play in the NMSO. Do you have any specific questions?

Let me know when you're in town, you can get my phone number from my website. There's plenty to do around the ABQ, especially if you're an alcolholic. If not, I know a lot of the symphony players, and maybe we could go get a margarita with Jon (or an iced tea if you're not an alcoholic). Hope to hear from you soon.

Eric,

Did you know my buddies, Bob Dorer and Doug Carlsen when they were there?

Bob and Doug were my teachers before they moved to Minnesota. Unfortunately, I only got to study a year or two with each of them. They're really great guys, though. Albuquerque misses them.
