| orchestral playing Manny: I have an orchestra audition coming up and would like to know if it is alright to transpose the higher phrases in Billy the Kid down an octave. By the way, you were great in that Monette Prana video that was just posted on their webpage. |

| W, Thanks for the nice acknowledgement of the video clip. If it's at all possible to play the lick as written, do so. If not, explain to the committee before you play that it's something that's just impossible right now in your develomant and try to play as beautifully as you can so they know you're a good musician who hasn't gotten all of the goods quite yet.
