Rite of Spring

I don't know if any of you trumpeters and others came out Saturday night or earlier in the week, but man, the MO was on pure fire, and Osmo was whippin it. Great show Manny, as usual. I really liked the brass chorale. The pureness of the tones coming from you guys is just amazing. The Rite of Spring? That was just too much to handle. You guys totally blew mine and the audiences' socks off. You should've seen how many MYSers I ran into tonight too.

Anyway, just wanted to give kudos for a fine job as usual, and a really enjoyable show.

Manny Laureano has a spectacular aura about
Yeah, Wilmer. I bought a Portland horn from Jim Thompson's shop in Omaha and it's a honey. It sounds like a trumpet and that's what I love about it.
