Thanks for the kind words Richard.
I promise not to overdo it with these posts though.

Eventually I may translate our web site (done by Udi, the guy to my right) to English and just include the address in my signature. The site will naturally have links.

It's nice to get compliments.
We do know though that we need to improve in some areas such as dynamics and playing pp

. We did improve some but need to improve more.

Our conductor came back now from the US where he saw some fantastic bands. I think he mentioned the US Airforce band and some others. He said it was unbelievable. In a whole different class.
