That guy is a pro. Didn't the dude in mnozil brass play that too? I saw it in some vid. I wish I had a nice trumpet like him. I have a Yamaha beat up trumpet. My parents cant afford me a trumpet so my band teacher gave me an old one. Is it possible if somone donates me a trumpet or cornet of some sort. Ive been wanting a trumpet for like 3 years now and my parents say we cant afford it.

Clean, lubricate, and tune the Yamaha - if that's all good then the Yammy is a very good instrument especially if it's straight. Many of us started with much worse trumpets than a student Yamaha, consider yourself lucky to have an understanding BD, and return his horn in better condition than you received it - if you can. Lacquer untidy? - who cares? - make that sucker sing - remember the story of the Ugly Duckling.

The Dude in the Mnozil Brass is Roman Rindberger and he plays the Green Hornet Theme arranged for Al Hirt.

Felix, back in '78 or so, I found TD. The album I owned is no longer available nor listed in his discography: The Trumpet Virtuosity of Timofei Dokshizer. And I swear, his last name was spelled differently. But my memory is probably deficient.

It was an American label too. Can't recall which. Maybe Columbia?? Dunno.

I saw 100 bucks trumpet on craigslist. But I dont have that money. I tried to mow lawns but the money goes on living conditions. If I had a camera I would show you what my trumpet looks like. Busted

. bell is really messed up. my teacher gave it for the summer. I'll keep looking.
