That's not the one I am refering to. You are thinking of the version by Del Staiger. I am talking about this one, YouTube - Allen Vizzutti - The Carnival of Venus and I am looking for the sheet music. | |

![]() | Re: Vizzutti and Carnival of Venus About 5 years ago I received the sheet music (just the solo part) along with a bunch of other stuff when I joined the International Trumpet Guild. Maybe they would have a copy you can purchase? Might be worth contacting them. (International Trumpet Guild Home Page) Andy

![]() ![]() | Re: Vizzutti and Carnival of Venus It is not public domain. I don't remember getting a copy in my ITG journal. If I had I would have framed it. ITG does distrubute copies of music by permission of the publisher and author. I will look through my stuff but I doubt I have it.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Vizzutti and Carnival of Venus It is for educational purposes, no? If it was going to be performed the accompaniment parts would have to be purchased.

![]() ![]() | Re: Vizzutti and Carnival of Venus Good point. Educational purposes without the piano part. I emailed the editor of the ITG journal. We'll see what I get back. I would like to have a copy myself. Gary Mortenson emailed me with an answer. It was published with the 1997 editions. If you become an ITG member you will receive a compact disc with all the ITG journals. "Carnival of Venus" is included on the CD. I suppose in PDF form. I cannot find my 1997 copies so I will wait for the CD.
