Re: Who is your favourite classical trumpeter of all time?

There are a number of utterly fantastic players out there, I don't think I could name one or two as my "favorite"

Re: Who is your favourite classical trumpeter of all time?

all I could see on the main forum page was "who is your"...and I immediately thought the question was "Who is your Daddy?". And the answer to that would be Huggy....of course! Or should I say....Fo' Shizzle!

Love,
Huggy Daddy!

p.s. Mr. Michael Sachs is my favorite of all time....followed by Andy Mac as a SOLID number 2!

Re: Who is your favourite classical trumpeter of all time?

In high school during the early 1970's my classical heros were Maurice Andre and Armando Ghitalla. As I go through life it is fun and inspiring to collect more heros!

Makes me wonder how many great and glorious players we never heard nor heard of.

It's like trying to light the world with a penlight.
