Clifford Brown's Embouchure

Hi!
Clifford Brown spoke about creating a 'knot' on the centre of your upper lip to play better!!
Does anyone know about this 'knot' and how to develop it??

I bet you could get a nice knot on your lip if you just go around getting frisky during ladies night at the bar :)
