Any one know where to get just the solo trumpet part for "Concerto for Cootie" by duke. My local music store cant just get the trumpet part.

Sheet Music Plus has the conductor's score for $10. That would get it for you.

Hint: The melody on the "A" sections is basically "Do Nothing 'Til You Hear From Me". IIRC, it's in our key of G. The bridge is in our key of Eb (starts with a gliss up to our Bb).

This is a good one to have memorized anyway if you're going to be playing it with a group so you can stand in front of the band and hog the spotlight.
