Help me make my new CD!

Hey fellow TM'ers,

I'm gearing up to make my next record with the Jason Parker Quartet in April, and I'm looking at all sorts of ways to fund it. One avenue I am exploring is "micropatronage".

To learn more, and see how you can help, please visit Jason Parker Music.

Thanks!
Jason

I think it's brilliant. I don't know if it will work for you, but I hope it does. I've thought about trying something like this to fund a real recording session myself--I wish I were good enough to do so. :) Anyway, good luck...you may just find me on the Trio package...I'd do the quartet package, but I'm sure the session is a bit too far for me to come sit in on. :)

Re: Help me make my new CD!

Thanks guys! In 48 hours I have raised 5% of my budget! We'll see how it goes.

And any support is, of course, much appreciated.

Jason

Re: Help me make my new CD!

We're 2 weeks away from the recording date, and so far the response to the micropatronage program has been amazing. I'm humbled by the support and thank each and every patron from the bottom of my heart. It is through your generous support that we will be able to make the record I've always dreamed of making.

If you haven't yet become a patron, let me assure you that every $10 makes a huge difference! And if you chose to participate at the $25 and above levels you will soon receive videos from our upcoming rehearsal that will give you a glimpse into our process of arranging and rehearsing, and the first listen to much of the new material.

Thanks again!!!
Jason

Re: Help me make my new CD!

Just a heads up: The Wiki link on that page is screwing up because you have the forward-slash at the end of the URL in your hyperlink.
