Question Horn Section

Hi..
i'm about to start rehearsing with a friend of mine.. he plays the alto mostly (baritone and bass sax for the money)

what i'd like to know is what do we have to do..
just pick up some pieces and play it together?
i mean is there any method or some kind of instructions to follow?
i know that rythm synchonicity is everything..
anything else..

everything should help

thanks a lot..

Re: Horn Section

Just go on out and do it. Anything that you need to know about it, you need to learn it by doing it. A friend of mine and I used to play Bach Inventions on trumpet and sop. sax.
