| Hypnosis? I heard a commercial by a hypnotist selling a hypnosis system to increase creativity. Has anyone on this forum ever used hypnosis and does the idea of using hypnosis to bring out creativity in ones improvisational skills sound like a plausible idea? Have I been possibly hypnotized by this commercial? |

Hypnotherapists often try to sell their services by saying you will be more creative, or less stressed. They also sell it to stop smoking or drinking -- or to lose weight. It works for VERY few. I would suggest saving your money. Jim | |
