 | IAJE Clinic with the Airmen of Note Trumpet section We're about a month out from the Intenational Assoc. of Jazz Educators Conference in Toronto, Ontario Canada: January 9 - 12, 2008. I was wondering if any of you were attending? The whole trumpet section from the Airmen of Note is giving a clinic/master class at the conference. The clinic is on Friday Jan. 11th at 4:00. It is advertised on their website and promo materials like so: Big Band Trumpet Techniques with the Airmen of Note Trumpets The Airmen of Note trumpet section, MSgt Kevin Burns "The Airmen of Note trumpet section have led clinics/master classes from coast to coast. Gleaning from their extensive professional experience you will learn how to overcome recurring ensemble and stylistic issues that they have observed in student trumpet sections from middle schools to universities.
