| I'm Starting a Jazz Combo, and I need HELP!!! Hey. I'm new, and I think you guys can help me out. I'm starting a jazz combo with some of my friends, with the goal of making some sort of profit (besides the fun of it!). I need all the advice, information, etc. anyone can give me, especially gigging jazzers. Thanks! |

| DoubleC, where do you live, if you close to a H.O.B. , definetly see if they have an open mic. I've been to the one in chicago alot and when they did open mic nite, the place was packed. (Even a few big label scouts last time i went) but this was in 2003, sont know if they still have it |
