Joe Pero

Hey all-

Check this:

YouTube - Joey Pero - Live a K1 Dynamite Fighing Champs. - Colliseum

Joe was at NEC when I was there. He transfered in from Juilliard and studied with Charlie Schlueter for a couple of years before leaving to go play with Maynard. He was a classical major--I didn't even know he had high chops for the first couple of months he was there, I just thought he was a monster orchestra player. He had a Monette Raja that Wynton gave him and he played the braces off it on Shosty 5.
