    Thanks Wilmer:

There is a nice collection of transcribed solos on that site. I just printed them out and am ready to try to play them along with the recordings. In about 30 minutes I will be one humbled trumpet player!

Every time I listen to his "Introducing Lee MOrgan" recording it just blows me away how guys like Lee and Freddie were so good so young

A couple of years ago at the "Nuyorican Poets Cafe" they had a play about Lee Morgans life---Did you get to see it?

I will never forget the look on my wifes face when Lee's wife shoots him---A lesson to us all

What a cool site! - I haven't been able to stop listening to "Totem Pole" the last couple of days, and now I can try to follow along with that transcription... The Sidewinder is such a rhythmically interesting set of tunes IMO...
