DALLAS - March 17, 2004: Airstream Music is
hosting "A Jazz Evening" with
trumpeter Mike Vax on Monday, March 22, 2004. The
concert, to be held at the
Plano Centre near Hwy 75 (North Central
Expressway) and Spring Creek
Parkway, will feature Mike with a local all-star
quartet. Mike Vax will be
joined by musicians from local music faculties
including Kris Berg, bass;
Mike Drake, drums; Kent Ellingson, piano; and
Kevin McNerney, saxes. The
group promises an evening of music for you to
enjoy with your kids, students
or significant others. Several local trumpeters
may join Mike in recreating
a couple of his TRPTS charts!

Where: Plano Centre, in Plano, TX, at corner of
Jupiter and Spring Creek
Parkway (close to Collin County Community
College)
When: Monday evening, March 22, 2004, 7-9 PM
