My youtube clip. Clarence's clip inspired me to post this little clip. It was taken with a little digital camera so the sound isn't the best, it is basically all trumpet. And there is a weird delay from the stage. And I'm not really a cocky punk like I come off as, I was showing off for the camera! The Producers in Newark. Thanks to Felix Vayser for a making a trumpet that is so easy to play!

Re: My youtube clip. Thanks guys. max3k, the New York is good, the sound coming out the bell matches what I hear in my head, thats why I switched to it. But the California is actually easier to play, it is super in tune and very responsive. I was playing the CA light on the show, it is now for sale on Felix's website. Jimi, we had little personal mixers which were very cool, you could mix as much or as little of each person in the pit into the headphones. You could also include the singers on stage if you wanted, but they were pretty friggin' loud already. I had mostly drums and trombones in my mix, a little reeds too just for fun. The rest of the pit I could hear well enough acoustically.

Re: My youtube clip. Nice Dylan! Love that sound at the end of the clip especially. Good timing too coming on the heels of Noel's comparing and contrasing pro players to college players. You guys are great. A different universe from the one I know. Thanks for letting us have a peek. Last edited by Richard Oliver : 08-23-2007 at 01:20 PM.
