 | Ray Charles Sing With The Newest Basie Band! That's right! Mike Williams sent me this. The CD will be released next month, I have heard it and it is GREAT! They took an old Ray Charles concert where the Basie Band was playing and re-did it all. A lousy recording not released, and had the newest Basie band go in the studio and cover it PERFECTLY! Mike Williams-lead trumpet Scotty Barnhardt Sean Edmonds Endre Rice Butch Miles on drums Joey Defransisco on organ I you love Ray, and love Basie, this will be a MUST HAVE.
