A.N.A. Mendez has a spectacular aura about
Trumpets in N.Y.

Will be in the city Dec. 18-20th. Wondering if any good trumpet listening opportunities might be happening? Anyone know of any? Thanksjavascript:emoticon('')

Chico O'Farrell is playing at Birdland.

Joshua Redman (not trumpet but oh so worthy) at Blue Note
Rutgers Jazz at Blue Note (great trumpet players at Rutgers...)

Roy Hargrove at the Village Vanguard

You have some choices :)

Checked out the schedule tho, try and get there next Monday for the Vanguard. If not, I'd love to see Terence Blanchard in February.
