| New Friend | Gig Bags I currently have a Ritter (Trumpet) gig bag, which I've been moderately happy with. But it's beginning to wear and some of the stitching is beginning to come undone, so I'm looking at getting a new one and was wondering whether anyone had any recommendations for bags. If possible, it would be nice if the bag had room for at least one mute as well as some music, but I'm not too bothered. So, any suggestions? |

| Re: Gig Bags forget gig bags, get a hard case. Pro-tec makes some fairly lightweight hard case that aren't too expensive. |

So what hard cases are worth looking at? It still needs to be fairly small as I'm currently a student and often end up carrying it around all day. The Pro-Tec ones do look quite tempting, but I'm open to any other suggestions. | |

| Re: Gig Bags I would suggest a Torpedo Bag with the optional mute pouch and music pouch. These cases are INDESTRUCTIBLE!!!! With the extra pouches you can carry hundreds of pages of music and up to 4 or 5 mutes Torpedo Bags |
