Greg Black??? Help!

Ok,
I called Greg Black last Nov(04) to have a very simple thing done to a mouthpiece. I have not received the mouthpiece yet! I have called, e-mailed, and faxed and he will not get back with me. He has been paid in full for the work ($300). Nothing! I can not get intuch with him. Has anyone ever had this happen?

unfortunately, he has done this to two people i know of in the ny area.

The last time I spoke with Greg was over a year ago when I ordered a custom mouthpiece. I already had four other of his mouthpieces. I emailed him last week and tried to call, but all I ever get is an answering machine which says "try back later". I've never heard from him nor did I ever get the mouthpiece. I'm sure he's busy, but then, so am I. Still, I return my phone calls even when it's not putting money in my pocket.
