Identify this Mouthpiece!

I recently got a mouthpiece, but I can not find any information on it.

It is all gold and reads: Vincent Bach Corp. New York 103/4C

I know it is an older piece because it says Corp. and New York, but what about the size?

Anybody know how this compares to other Bach mouthpieces and how much its value is?

Thank You

Re: Identify this Mouthpiece!

It is smaller than a 7C and probably worth about $20.

15.75mm inner diameter, C cup. One step smaller than a 10-1/2C I'd guess it's raison d'etre.

Value? Not much. Obscure size. Might play okay but I doubt there are vast groups of 10-3/4C players out there.

Re: Identify this Mouthpiece!

If you were talking to me, it is worth more than five bucks, but I would give you five bucks for it. Hey, as long is it's useful to you, that's all that really matters, right? How much did you pay for it?

Re: Identify this Mouthpiece!

Hey, wasn't that the size Bach that Clifford Brown played? If it was, at least it has some "historical" value.....
