| internet orders well, i ordered some stuff from dillon, including a brass spa practice mute. so far, the internet order didnt work, i had to call them, and i got the wrong mute |

| Re: internet orders The folks at Dillon's get my vote. Steve and his crew have always gone beyond the call of duty to take care of business for me. They take the same care in dealing with pros as they do with parents of young people buying their first instrument. In the future, call them direct and speak to Jim or one of the others in the sales department. I still find that the internet can get tricky when it comes to sales.......I guess I'm still old fashion in many ways. BTW, you're really going to enjoy your Brass Spa mute. |

| Re: internet orders I've had good service from Dillon's. A mistake was made one time when something shipped after I had canceled it. They corrected it immediately and paid the postage to return it. No questions asked. I suspect that they get backed up and over loaded sometimes just like everybody else. They're very good at explaining things over the phone if you have any questions. |

| Re: internet orders I've had good experiences from Dillon as well. I had ordered a GR mouthpiece from them, and requested it be gold plated, but it showed up at my place in silver. They were very good about taking care of the return shipping and getting the mouthpiece fixed. It did take a little while, but I know that things like getting plating done takes time. I've never had a problem with online ordering from them, and when I did have questions, they did get back to me very quickly and were very helpful. |
