jet tone anyone

has anyone tried a jet tone 1S or T-1A? any info is appreciated.

Yea i had one before, about 10 years a go.
It had a real cushy rim, but it was very very shallow.
a real screamer however.
the stage 1 mp is 20 times better~

do you remember if it was wide or not? and how wide is the stage 1?

Yea come to think of it ,it was kinda wide,
the stage one has that lil inner double cup.
dont know the size, however it is as wide as my old jet tone,but with a full sound.

hmm... that's interesting. i need something about as wide as a bach 1 1-2 or 1 and something that can give me a really bright yet big sound

lol for concert band i use deep wide mouthpieces ( bach 1B) and i'm trying not to trade rim sizes too much unless i go bigger.

I dont know if it,s just me..........
but when i play on a deeper mp, my horns get,s darker.
But when i play a more shallow mp it play,s brighter.

Bach 1D could work. Very close rims in the Bach 1 series.

yeah i probably should've mentioned that i tried a bach 1D 1E 3D and 7E and none of those worked for me because of the slope of the cup. i also tried a schilke 14a4a and a 12a4a and i can't stand the feel of the rims not to mention i felt constricted. i tried out a marcenwiez (i know i spelled that wrong) and i don't know what model it was but i liked it ok and i tried out a few jet tones and liked them ok.
